INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE AND COLLABORATION

Deputation of Indian scientists abroad under Bilateral Exchange Programme of the Academy during 2008-2009
 

Following Indian scientists have been selected for their deputation abroad during the year 2008-2009 with 50% travel expenses .The local hospitality and internal travel will be borne by the host Academy/ Organization in that country. The scientists selected under the programme are required to develop joint research projects with their counter part host abroad in consonant with the regular on going research programme in their department/institutions. The funds for conducting the joint project studies should be managed by the scientistis through their internal/external sources. Following documents may be submitted at the earliest possible 3 months prior to their visit abroad. The nomination is valid upto 31 March 2009 .

1. Form of Proposal (two copies)
2. Certificate duly signed by the Head of your Organization/Institute
3. Outline of the project proposal which you wish to initiate with your host abroad. The detailed project
may be submitted on completion of
    your visit along with your visit report.
