Presently, there are sixty Pentium machines and thirty printers (Network Printer/Laser/DMP etc.), three Scanners and one CD writer communication facilities at various places have been made operational. Computers are working in networking environment.

Currently most of the activities have been automated and are running using indigenously developed softwares in windows platform. Initiatives have been taken to switch over to more sophisticated mechanism of operating various activities in INTRANET environment. The new environment would totally support proper data backup facilities and crisis recovery management modules with network operating systems working in independent and heterogenic mode.

INSA has executed the ejournals@insa project and the full text of all the academy's journals right from Vol 1 is available at www.insa.ac.in for free/unrestricted/unlimited access.
