The Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis Medal to Professor A Sridharan, FNA, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore 560012.For his outstanding contributions to our understanding of the behaviour of clays and also environmental geotechnics.
The Kalpathi Ramakrishna Ramanathan Medal to Dr GS Lakhina, FNA, Visiting Scientist, Indian Institute of Geomagnetism, Navi Mumbai 410218.
               For his outstanding contributions in upper atmospheric sciences, especially his unique interpretations in ionospheremagnetosphere coupling processes, storms and sub-storms, space weather and non-linear wave processes in space plasmas.
Professor KP Bhargava Memorial Medal to Dr Sudhanshu Vrati, National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi 110067.
                   For his contributions to the molecular virology of Japanese Encephalitis Virus (JEV) such as the sequencing of the genome of an Indian isolate of JEV and the demonstration of the host cell proteins with JEV genome.
Professor Bal Dattatraya Tilak Lecture to Professor Anil K Gupta, Kasturbhai Lalbhai Chair in Entre-preneurship,Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad 380015.
                 For pioneering the movement on identification, nurturing and rewarding the grass root innovators spread across Indian villages and also for adding value to these innovations through tools of Science & Technology.
Dr T S Tirumurti Memorial Lecture to Professor SS Agarwal, FNA, D-13 Vivekanandpuri, Lucknow 226007.
                For his important contributions to DNA repair and replication studies in human lymphocytes and more recently to the significant clinical trials of gugulipid for Hadigodu Syndrome.

       For his application of molecular biology techniques to biomedical research and for carrying out the molecular epidemiology and genetics of multi-drug resistant M.tuberculosis, and co-development and demonstration of in-vitro efficacy of a novel multistage, multicomponent recombinant candidate vaccine antigen against Plasmodium falciparum.

For his extensive contribution to the understanding of a wide range of materials and the phenomena including nanostructured materials, ionic conjuction in oxides and glasses and core-shell composites.
Professor Darshan Ranganathan Memorial Lecture to Dr Radha Balakrishnan, CSIR Emeritus Scientist, The Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai 600113.
                 For her original and pioneering contributions in non-linear dynamics and the spirit which kept her in science, inspite of the break in her career.

Professor Shambu Nath De Memorial Lecture to Dr H G Sen, FNA, FE 477, Sector III, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700106.For his accomplishments which has made possible thescreening of new drug targets for hook-worm infections with the possibility of recombinant hook-worm antigens as vaccine candidates.
